| Adaptive Technology for People with Disabilities: |
| Question: Does Harold Washington College OIT provide service to people with disabilities? |
| Answer: Harold Washington College OIT provides adaptive technology for people
with disabilities in each of its computer classrooms located on the fourth floor of the Harold Washington College campus.
Software applications that have screen magnification and screen reading software include Jaws,
ZoomText, Magic, Dragon Naturally Speaking and Read & Write Gold Text Help. Harold Washington College OIT
also provides technical assistance for our Disability Access Center Computer Classroom located in
room 107 for students with disabilities for testing and training purposes.

| Answer: No. Students are assigned a campus email account automatically
after officially registering at Harold Washington College, and may access their email account via the City Colleges

| Question: Do you have Macintosh classrooms or support Macintosh computer related
issues on campus?

| Answer: Yes. Contact the Harold Washington College OIT Macintosh coordinator, Dawn Roberts, at
312.553.3066. You may also stop by room 814 at the Harold Washington College campus during the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm
(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday), or during the hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm (Thursday). Email contact

| Question: Who is entitled to have a print account at Harold Washington College, and can I get
one through Harold Washington College OIT?

| Answer: Print accounts at Harold Washington College are only available
to Harold Washington College students by visiting the Computer Assisted Instruction Classrooms in room 404, the English as
a Second Language computer classroom in room 310, or the Harold Washington College Library in room 501.
