TRiO Student Success Programs

TRIO Programs
TRiO programs are funded by the U.S. Department of Education to help low-income, disabled or first-generation college students achieve a college education.

​The TRiO Programs (TRiO) are outreach and student services programs designed to identify and provide services for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. TRiO includes programs targeted to serve and assist low-income individuals, first-generation college students, and individuals with disabilities to progress through the academic pipeline from middle school to post-baccalaureate programs.

The following TRiO Programs are available at the City Colleges of Chicago:

Talent Search
Upward Bound
Student Support Services
Educational Opportunity Center

Harry S. Truman College
Student Support Services
